The attraction is in the act of making.

That rush of positivity when you start believing in the idea, it’s extremely hopeful and poetic.

My work is a simultaneous reflexion of both optimism and cynicism. I struggle to understand our ways of coexisting but I have a formal respect of our emotional interactions . Where do we still connect and where are we the same? In our love, hate, happiness, envy, joy, shame, surprise, disappointment, apprehension, sadness, pride, fear, contentment, anger, boredom, and hopefully, in our acceptance of one another.

From painting to photography, both mediums are used to reflect my vision of an abstractly strange and yet somewhat figurative universe of likeable beings, performing poetically their co-existence.
